Donated cellular telephones are given free of charge to victims of domestic violence, stalking or sexual abuse or assault. In such cases, a cellular phone enables a victim to call 9-1-1 to summon help quickly and easily, and assists in their transition from a life of fear to a feeling of protection, 24-hours a day!

Please note:
• Cell phones in good working order that have chargers included are provided to victims free of charge.

• Old, broken or cell phones without chargers are sent to a national organization for recycling, receives the proceeds from this recycling program.

• We accept all cell phones working or not, however the battery must be included with the phone.

Drop-Off sites:
Langley- Good Cheer (Bayview donation site) Freeland- BookBay, Coupeville- Sheriffs office,
Oak Harbor- WAIF Thrift Store, Wireless World or the Oak Harbor CADA office.
